Cloned cats glow in the dark after some scientists from Korea made them. The cloned cats glow when put under any ultraviolet light. These cloned cats glow however, because their genes have been altered to do so. This seems like an odd thing to do to cats, however they have hopes that the studies will allow for further progress when it comes to alteration of genes in the future in humans. Science sometimes seems to be doing things that seem like a no no, however these kinds of tests always seem to better us in many ways when they are tested on humans, as well as hurt us in many ways.

I for one am not for the altering of human genes. Things were made a certain way for a purpose. When you start getting too creative with things that weren’t made to be you cause more problems and throw off what is natural many times. I guess we will have to see where this one goes and if cats that glow can really promote something of true value.
