Lose weight walking

Losing weight can feel sometimes like a difficult thing, especially when the motivation to exercise is half the battle. Losing weight by jogging is many times preferred for many over walking.
The fact is, walking can do just as good to help you lose weight. Just because you are not jogging does not mean you cannot burn calories. Some one with my weight of 190 pounds walking briskly for just 30 minutes would burn about 324 calories.
Now imagine if you can do this everyday combined with some other exercises for about for about 10 minutes, you could really shed some pounds ...
